Today's Ways to use it challenged us to make a card using the chalkboard technique. I really DID, it just doesn't look like it because there's not much "board" showing!
I used my neglected floral bg stamp with white craft ink on early espresso, heat set, colored with prismas and added white accents with my signo gel pen. I cropped 2 spellbinders fleur de lis for the fancy bg and used real hem tape for the light purple bow in my ribbon spray.
For some reason my purples don't seem to match in the photo but trust me...they do IRL! Thanks for taking the time to look!

Great idea to use a bg stamp (makes for much more even placement of the flowers than when you do it yourself...ask me how I know) and I like the pretty colors you used. The die cut framing is so pretty too!

Wow! This turned out really lovely! Oh, and I know what you mean about colors looking different through the camera than IRL, gets frustrating! Sometimes my purples look blue and vice versa. Go figure! I can see the brown, but there's not very much of it showing. You had lots of coloring to do! = )
